Made by Pastificio Carleschi with British stoneground flour, bronze extruded and slow dried at a low temperature, this way they keep all the natural flavour and nutritional value of the grains intact while at the same time obtaining a perfectly textured, delicious pasta. Five of their pastas have won a Great Taste Award in 2020!

Choosing Organic and British flour is their first big commitment to sustainability. They are certified organic by the Soil Association. They use only green energy to power their manufacturing site and all their packaging is plastic free!
Very important is their choice of grains: Spelt, Emmer and Einkorn as their farming is very beneficial for soil regeneration as well as being naturally resilient varieties. Also easy on the gut & interesting ancient grain varieties many of us haven’t tried yet!
