Shipping

SCHEDULE

We deliver once per week – fully tracked.

All orders Monday – Sunday are shipped the following Wednesday. You receive your delivery on Thursday or Friday (1-2 days).

Cut off for orders is midnight Sunday for orders shipped the next Wednesday. All orders placed after Sunday will be dispatched the week after.

Currently we ship to UK mainland only. In the near future, we will be expanding that to the Islands, N. Ireland and across some parts of Europe.

CUT-OFF TIME

We make everything in small batches. As all products use no preservatives with a shelf life of 7-14 days, we make only what is pre ordered, or a little more. We want to offer only the freshest produce so make nothing in advance that sits on a shelf! That is why order cut off must be 3 days in advance, to give us time to make your order for you. Cheeze has a longer production timeline, and we only have a small amount in production each week. There may be enough in stock for last minute orders, but to be sure of cheeze availability, please order a few days in advance of the final order cut-off.

PACKAGING

We use 100% recyclable, food grade, temperature controlled, padded packaging. Your parcel will contain gel chiller pouches that are 100% recyclable also. Your parcel arrives to you padded and chilled. We take great care to make sure your goods arrive to you in tip-top condition, so are very careful packing & padding your goods!

WHEN YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES

We recommend putting all products into the refrigerator as soon as they arrive. Our vegan cheeses might need a little time to become fully firm after transport, so we recommend giving cheeze an hour or 2 in the fridge before opening and devouring!

COURIER

We use third-party couriers. They bear the responsibility to deliver your food intact and on time. The courier will provide you with an email confirmation & tracking link. If there is a  delay, you can manage your options: collect from the depot, collect from a local shop or reschedule for a later date. In this unlikely event, we recommend collecting rather than rescheduling for a later date. Although the food is sent in thermal packaging, it is only
designed to keep the food chilled for up to 2 days.

DAMAGED ITEMS

No item has ever arrived damaged, however should this occur, please take photographs and send it to us within 24hrs of receiving the package. We will deal with this on a case by case basis.

RETURNS

For obvious hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns, however we can issue a refund in special circumstances. Please take photographs and send it within 24hrs of receiving the package, along with a brief explanation. This will  be dealt with on a case by case basis.
